A. This is an absolute scam. Without even checking then I know it's a scam address Firstly strasse is the German word for street. The Dutch word is straat, and German words are not used in the Netherlands like this. However just to give it a quick check (a) There is no branch of 'credit trust deutsche bank' in Amsterdam according to the yellow pages or chamber of commerce (b) There is no Bergstraat (or Bergstrasse) in Amsterdam according to (c) The postcode 1162 AE does not exist in the whole of the Netherands (d) Mr Kupperman jakobs - this is a laughable name in Dutch like Mr Barack Bush (both are family names and not first names) So someone is giving you BS info.
