Mostly known for private label footwear, ESNY, now part of totes»ISOTONER, includes branded products such as flip-flops, sandals, and ESNY Occasions wedding footwear.

History
The totes»ISOTONER corporation was formed in 1997 as a result of the merger of Totes corporation and ARIS»ISOTONER Incorporated. Totes was a company founded in 1923 as the SoLo Marx Company. Originally based in Oakley, Ohio Oakley is a middle-class neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio that lies just northeast of Hyde Park. Oakley's business district, called Oakley Square, lies along Madison Road, Oakley's primary thoroughfare and a major crosstown artery in Cincinnati, it moved to Loveland, Ohio Loveland is a city in Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren counties in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. Considered part of the Greater Cincinnati area, Loveland is located near exit 52 off Interstate 275, about fifteen miles northeast of the Cincinnati city limits. It borders Symmes, Miami and Hamilton Townships. The population was 11,677 in 1942.[1] The company changed its name to Totes, after its leading product at the time, when Chicago Chicago ( /ʃɨˈkɑːɡoʊ/ or /ʃɨˈkɔːɡoʊ/) is the largest city in both Illinois and the Midwest, and the third most populous city in the United States, with over 2.8 million residents. ARIS»ISOTONER was a company founded in 1910 as the Aris Glove Company, whose name was likewise changed to include the name of its leading product, the ISOTONER nylon/spandex glove. In 1969 ARIS»ISOTONER Incorporated became a subsidiary of Consolidated Foods Sara Lee Corporation is a global consumer-goods company based in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA. It has operations in more than 40 countries and sells its products in over 180 nations worldwide. Its international operations are headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
In 1969 Brad Phillips obtained the first U.S. patent for a working folding umbrella, which Totes began to sell in the United States in 1970.
In 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled in favor of the company in a high profile discrimination case filed by LaNisa Allen, a former employee. Allen had been terminated for taking unauthorized breaks to pump breast milk.[2]
